Jeff Serbin has been acting AFP (Architechtural Facilities Permit) Architect for the facility since 2006. Since he has been working in the facility, beginning in 2004, he has worked with me and the Digital Realty Trust team to re-develop over 150,000 s.f. into a performing and energy efficient data center. The types of projects vary in many aspects, from developement of data floors, office tenant improvements (interior design), fuel storage upgrades, generator backup facilities, APS substation(s) (addtional facility power), upgrades to building cooling equipment, ADA and Code Compliance upgrades, etc.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Lara and Jeff on a renovation plan for our 97 year old building.
