2002 Foothills Village Apartments is located at 920 West Alta Vista Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Owned and operated by the City of Phoenix Housing Department, the 20-acre public housing site has 200 multi-family apartments. The project improved the curb appeal, modernized the appearance of the property, reflected the new developments in the area and provides a better living environment for our residents. The Housing Department allocated $4.1 million for improvements to the exterior facades, new cooling/heating mechanical system installation, landscape improvements and community building enhancements.
2011 Iglesias Residence, Goodyear, Arizona. This 7,000 square foot residential project was set in the southern desert of Arizona. The First Floor included living room, kitchen, dining room, library, craft room, stairway and elevator. The Basement included wine cellar, theater, and family room. The Second Floor included 3 bedrooms each with private restrooms, walk-in closets, and private patios. A pool, cabana, outdoor kitchen, and landscape were designed. This project was not constructed.
