2006 Ingleside Animal Hospital was designed to replace the former hospital with ample space for future expansion. From early conceptual planning this project adhered to space requirements for examining and treatment for small animals. The design includes 7 exam rooms, pharmacy, offices, treatment, surgery, kennels, reception, basement conference, and breakroom.

2014 Fresh Healthy Cafe, a tenant improvement at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, Arizona. Fresh Healthy Cafe specializes in made to order smoothies, coffees, and sandwhiches.
2002 Apache Express Market Remodel at San Carlos, Arizona. This market provided the community of San Carlos with full service grocery and deli. Anna Granillo was the kitchen consultant and Zimmerman Construction was the General Contractor.

2015-2020 Hobo Joe Statue Rehabilitation and Relocation in Buckeye, Arizona. The end of the 5 year project was March 5 of 2020. The 22 foot high fiberglass statue of Hobo Joe was finally standing in Downtown Buckeye once again but at a different location. The final resting spot is 5th Street and Monroe. Serbin Studio collaborated with City of Buckeye, Buckeye Main Street Coalition, Mark Sturgeon, Port Heiden and his friend Trent of Farm AG, Chris Hart of Desert Services International , George and Paul Hunter of George’s Electric, Dick Benbow of Southwest Welding, Mike Royall of Royall Designs, Kiki Grijalva, Auto Body Work. James Casey will forever be the original creator of Hobo Joe.

2018 Digital Realty Data Center Office Improvement in Chandler, Arizona. This project included expansion of office work area, breakroom, and lounge.
2015 Expedia Office Expansion in Chandler, Arizona.
This project included Nocs, conference, and hoteling workspaces.
2017 AT&T Office Lobby Renovation in Chandler, Arizona. The existing break area, conference rooms, lobby, reception and restrooms were refreshed with new layouts and architectural finishes.
